KAP Mining Pty Ltd commenced in August 2005 with a road works contract at Grasstree mine employing 8 staff. Excellence in service seen the success in
a further contract for the maintenance workshop at Grasstree mine.
In 2007 a manufacturing and fabrication
shed was constructed in Mackay.
At KAP Mining our staff are our strength. Each staff
member is rigorously assessed by our director, to ensure
a high quality of workmanship is maintained for
each project.
We employ a skills-based workforce, with a variety
of experience, which allows us to provide a specialist service. We pride ourselves on our flexibility

In many cases, staff members often have more than
one skill base, which creates a diverse team of resources

labour for a variety of areas within the coal mining
industry including, coal cutting, out by services, belt
installation, long wall services and underground road
works.
